My Thoughts
With collectible Rolex, people always end up chasing the first and the last - and this one sits right at the pointy end of the Hulk story.
G serial, Mk1 dial - the original dial configuration that kicked off the 116610LV. And being a G serial, it’s one of the very few Hulks where the old-style Rolex serial system actually gives you some context to date it!
Condition is really nice with a thick, full case, no bracelet stretch and no notable dents or scratches. Crystal is free from imperfections, and internally it’s running as strong as an Ox!
A perfect way in to one of the all time greats while saving a few bucks if you’re not fussed about an expired warranty card!
