The Time Syndicate Pty Ltd Return & Refund Policy

We aim to accurately describe and represent every watch sold through The Time Syndicate Pty Ltd. Due to the nature of luxury and pre-owned watches, please review the following carefully.

Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind purchases.

Pre-Owned Watches

Many watches sold are pre-owned and may show signs of wear consistent with age and use. Any significant condition notes, accessories included, and known servicing information will be disclosed in the product listing.

Faulty Items

If an item arrives with a fault that was not disclosed at the time of sale, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Nothing in this policy excludes rights provided under Australian Consumer Law.

Deposits

Deposits are non-refundable where a customer requests a watch to be held or removed from sale.

Trades

Trade values are determined at wholesale market rates and are agreed upon prior to completing a transaction.

Order Verification

For fraud prevention and customer protection, The Time Syndicate may request identity verification before dispatch. Orders unable to be satisfactorily verified may be cancelled and refunded.
