A few things in the Rolex world don’t really make sense.
This is one of them.
Why anyone would spend $40k+ on a stainless steel Pepsi, when for not much more you can buy a solid 18ct white gold version, is beyond me. Same iconic Pepsi bezel, same hype GMT model, but with real substance on the wrist.
What makes it even stranger is that this is arguably the most desirable GMT configuration Rolex makes, yet it remains one of the cheapest ways into modern solid gold Rolex ownership. In a lot of cases, similar money to watches on Oysterflex.
This one is a 2015 example, full set, with, and in excellent unpolished condition. Honest, light wear only. These wear beautifully and feel every bit as special as they should!
