My Thoughts
39mm, clean, legible and just about the perfect size for most wrists.
Interestingly, the Mark XVI was also the last 39mm Mark - IWC went bigger from here and never came back, so If the newer Pilot’s Watches have always felt just a touch too big, this might be the sweet spot.
The silver Spitfire dial is less common than black, and another highlight for me is that bracelet. IWC make seriously good bracelets.
