The older I get around watches, the more I appreciate watches that are just a little bit different.

The Cosmonaute takes an already iconic Navitimer and flips it onto a 24-hour display. At first you look at it and think “hang on…” Then after a few minutes it starts making sense and before long you’re staring at it trying to work out why you suddenly like it so much. It’s also not exactly shy.

Solid gold case, original strap and 18k buckle, classic Navitimer presence and enough going on that you’re probably not going to see another one across the table at dinner.

I’ve also just spent $800 having the watch fully serviced, which means the next owner gets to enjoy the watch for years so come with peace of mind
