My Thoughts
A dial that needs to be seen to be believed!
If you’ve never heard of a Ferrite before - I don’t blame you. I haven’t either. They are RARE!
But my god, if this isn’t one of the most beautiful dials I’ve ever seen!
In some light it looks almost black, with millions of tiny star-like specks scattered through it. In other light, it completely changes and those Ferrite stripes just come alive!
Throw in the 8 diamonds, 2 baguettes and full Everose President and it’s honestly unbelievable!
And the original Rolex card confirms the exact Ferrite diamond dial -which on something this uncommon is a massive bonus.
I’m not confident we’ve even seen one before, and who knows if we will see one again. A true unicorn, which makes it hard to price - but the only other diamond dial on chrono is over $130k!!!
