If there’s one quartz watch I’d consider owning, it’s this one.
Apart from the integrated case design, low production numbers and the fact it wears a crown proudly, Rolex did what Rolex always does… they completely over-engineered it.
This isn’t some cheap throwaway quartz movement. They’re beautifully made, incredibly accurate and, funnily enough, can cost serious money to replace.
I also think the two tone is the one to have. You just don’t see them very often, and with vintage two tone finally getting the attention it deserves, this thing at $7,999 starts to make an awful lot of sense.
