My Thoughts
It’s hard not to love a vintage Day-Date!
Classic champagne pie-pan dial, fluted 18K gold bezel, and a fresh Chestnut Glazed Alligator Artisan leather strap gives this such a beautiful warm look with character that you just can’t capture with anything modern.
Importantly, this piece has just been fully serviced and is running perfectly! The case presents beautifully with nice sharp lugs and a clean dial and crystal.
A vintage gold Day-Date that’s ready to be worn and enjoyed with all upkeep taken care of already.
And honestly, I think these look every bit as good on leather as they do on a President!
